Dr. Donald Walker

Dr. Donald Walker founded Randolph Eyecare Center in 1977. He is a past president of the Tri-County Society of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Walker is a graduate of Cornell University and received his Doctorate of Optometry with honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1976. In addition to providing eye examinations and treating ocular diseases, he enjoys solving the most challenging contact lens cases. Dr. Walker is married with two children, and is very proud to have his son Richard practicing alongside him at Randolph Eyecare Center. He is an avid outdoorsman and specializes in eye care for the outdoor enthusiast.

Dr. Richard Walker

Dr. Richard Walker is excited to work with his father as the second generation of his family to serve the ocular needs of Northern New Jersey. Dr. Walker is a Board Certified ophthalmologist and completed a fellowship specializing in LASIK and corneal surgery at Albany Medical Center. Prior to that, he served as Chief Resident of Ophthalmology at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Walker completed his medical training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and received his undergraduate degree at Cornell University. Dr. Walker’s work has been published in Cornea, a leading ophthalmology journal, and he has lectured at many conferences on topics including DSAEK corneal transplant surgery and a variety of ophthalmic treatments. Dr. Walker lives in Randolph with his wife and two daughters.

Dr. Laura Perrin

Dr. Laura Perrin joined Randolph Eyecare Center in 1997. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her doctorate in optometry with honors from SUNY State College of Optometry in Manhattan. She completed her residency in low vision rehabilitation at West Haven VAMC (Veterans Administration Medical Center) in West Haven, CT. Dr. Perrin is a past president of the Tri-County Society of Optometric Physicians, and served two terms on the board of New Jersey Society of Optometry Physicians. Dr. Perrin has made several television appearances on cable channel CN8 in Philadelphia to share her insights on eye issues, such as the ocular dangers from tanning salons, the nutritional components of eye health, and children’s vision. She volunteers her time with VOSH International, a US-based organization that sends teams of eye doctors, opticians and support staff to deliver free eye care to the developing world, and she has joined medical teams in Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, South Africa, and India. Dr. Perrin takes special interest in treating glaucoma

Dr. Diane Alesi

Dr. Diane Alesi graduated with honors from the University of Rochester with a bachelor in Neuroscience and went on to earn her doctorate in Optometry at the State University of New York College of Optometry in 1992.  Before joining Randolph Eyecare in 2016 she spent over 20 years in multidisciplinary settings with a special interest in the diagnosis and management of diabetic eye disease.  At Randolph Eyecare she continues to provide comprehensive eye exams and the treatment, diagnosis and management of other ocular diseases including glaucoma, dry eye and macular degeneration for patients of all ages.  Dr. Alesi is also available for contact lens services, including specialty contact lens evaluations.  In her time away from the office she enjoys running, hiking, cooking and travel.

Dr. Kristin Kosch

Dr. Kristin Kosch is a New Jersey native, she graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor's degree in Biology. She later earned her doctorate from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences School of Optometry. Dr. Kosch completed an additional one-year residency specializing in ocular disease and primary eye care at the Veteran’s Affairs Hospital through the Connecticut Healthcare System. Dr. Kosch has enjoyed using her optometric experience in giving back to local and international communities. When she is not working, Dr. Kosch enjoys the beach and spending time with her family, friends an d dog.
